And so I decided to make time to recharge my body and soul today @mo_kualalumpur Spa. My therapist was simply amazing and I slept through the whole retreat which has never happened before !
A basket full of coloring sets was offered to me after the treatment for another round of stress relieving.
I'm not sure how much this coloring activities contributes to my relaxed body and mind, but I'm quite certain that I would like to try it again next time!
